General

• Entrants retain ownership and all other rights to future use of the photographs they enter.
• The 4EyesPhoto Contest is open to anyone in the world who is eligible and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the United States and void in any countries where prohibited by law.
• Each entry shall not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.
• Your entry may not include: trademarks owned by third parties or copyrighted materials owned by third parties.
• By entering the 4EyesPhoto Contest, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the 4EyesPhoto and its partners, affiliates, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this contest or any contest-related activities.
• All photos submitted must be your own work. Submission of non original work results in disqualification as well as forfeiture of submission fees.
• Photographs can be edited or have additions as long as the sources are original. Submisions using copies from or adaptations of works by other photographers or artists are not allowed. HDR, panoramic, digitally edited, and artistically treated works are all allowed provided they respect the values and concepts of artistic photography performance.
• 4Eyes Photo reserves the rights to use all submitted images in promotional use for the 4EyesPhoto Contest
• By entering entrants also agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that the decisions of the Judges are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the contest.
• Entrants agree that personal data, especially name, age and address, may be verified for the purposes and within the context of the contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used to verify the participant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest.
• 4EyesPhoto reserves the right to extend the contest deadline if necessary.

Entry Fee

The entry fee is $5.00 USD per image, entrants may submit as many photos as they want in any category, but only 10 photos may be submitted at a time - if you wish to submit more than 10 photos you must go through submission process once again. Currently, the only accepted form of payment is through PayPal. Your credit/debit card information is maintained by PayPal and is not shared with 4EyesPhoto. Please visit the PayPal Help Center if you have further questions regarding this process.

Judging

Photographs will be judged on originality, composition, overall impact, and adherence to the category’s theme. All decisions by the judges will be final and binding.

File Specifications

There are no mail-in submissions allowed. If you wish to enter online, please make sure files meets the following requirements before submitting:

• Are in .jpg or .jpeg format (ex: yourfile.jpg or yourfile.jpeg)
• Are at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side.
• Are no bigger than 3MB per image.

Prizes

Each first place winner will have their choice of: (1) National Geographic NG W5050 bag, (1) Slik Pro 340 BH 4-Section Tripod w/ SBH-200DQ Ballhead, (1) Casio Exilim EX-S5, or $150.00 USD. One Grand Prize winner has the choice between a Canon 5D Mark II (body only) or a Nikon D700 (body only). The Grand Prize winner does not win a first place prize, only the Grand Prize. All winners will be featured in the Winners Gallery.
